We brewed this batch of kombucha in the late Summer of 2020 using locally foraged nettles, bramble tips, and elderflowers from the Lagan Valley. Green tea based, this blend is the perfect combination of fragrant flowering plants with nettle being the front man.
TASTING NOTES – Sweet florals with a dry melon-like finish.
