Raspberry hibiscus kombucha paired with prosecco, what’s not to love?

Ok, so January is officially out of the way. Let’s make a toast to lighter and longer evenings to come. The days are brighter and we think that’s something worth celebrating.

  If you’re like us, you have leftover bottles of prosecco from the holidays lying about. So, we came up with the perfect Chamborg inspired cocktail to use it! Fresh, fruity, raspberry kombucha gives this popular cocktail a sparkling twist. Tantalise your taste buds with the complex flavours of rosehip, hibiscus, and raspberry. Follow the recipe below to shake up your weekend cocktail.

Ingredients:

  • Half Bottle of Hibitual Drinker kombucha (115mls)
  • Bottle of Prosecco
  • Fresh Raspberries

Method:

Pour half of a bottle of Hibitual Drinker kombucha into champagne flute. Top up with Prosecco of your choice. Add in fresh raspberries for garnish. Enjoy!
